Shipping Policy

Do I have to pay duties?

Yes. 

Import duties are levied once the package reaches your country and must be paid by you. Please check with your local customs office.

Important: If you decide to refuse your package we will not re-ship or refund these orders. We strongly suggest you understand your country's regulations before ordering.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We will always try to get your parcel to you within 7 business days. Sometimes the weather or other factors can cause delays. Please check our online support hub to monitor the status of your order.

What does the status of my order mean?

  • Processing - we have received your order and payment is waiting to be charged
  • Processed - your order has successfully been charged and is at the warehouse waiting to be picked and shipped
  • Shipped - your order has been shipped and is on its way to you
  • Cancelled - your payment has failed, an email has been sent to you and there has been no response within one week

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

The most common cause of failed orders are typos in the address. It is important for you to check your address on each order to make sure it is correct. If you see an error please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Once the order ships it is too late to make any changes.

If we are at fault we will either re-ship your order or offer you a store credit.

What happens if there are issues with the order I just received?

If you receive your order and there are problems such as incorrect or damaged products, we will be happy to replace it at no charge. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will not accept any reported issues after 10 days of receipt of your order.
